How to take charge of your life - starting today.

Establish your Dream, Goal or Objective

The first step into creating a healthier version of yourself is to establish clear goals. What is your dream in life? Do you have any six or two year plans? What are you working towards? Without answering these questions, you will always encounter roadblocks moving forwards.

Outline a Plan and Directive

Once you've established some goals, you then need to create a plan or strategy. This plan and strategy should compliment your dream and goals, and should be realistic and measurable.

Create Consistency and Stay on Track

Having a plan is one thing, but creating accountability, motivation, structure, routine and habits takes time. Relationships, living situations, work, commuting, children and environment all have to be navigated through - there will be roadblocks along the way which you cannot control. Do your best and be honest with yourself, and remind yourself of your dream and goal to make sure you go back on track.

I Help People With All of These Steps

What does a coach do? I help people with all these steps. I help establish clear goals and objectives by asking the right questions - questions are answers! I help create structured health, fitness and wellness programs that address sleep, stress, digestion and exercise based on you and your dreams. I also create accountability and motivation through guidance, communication, listening and providing feedback.
